We suggest our customers to subscribe for an MSP (Maintenance Service Program)
With an MSP you are entitled to :
- receive telephone, email or remote login support (VPN connections) during office hours
- receive all patches (bug fixing)
- upgrade for free to new versions of the software.
Customers outside of the Benelux area typically receive first line support from their local partner.
