Support

Elpical is determined to provide excellent support on all their products.
We offer several support contracts or MSP's (Maintenance Service Programs) the customers can choose from.
Depending on the level of MSP you are entitled to telephone, email or remote login support (VPN connections) during office hours. They also give you the right to patches (bug fixing) and new versions of the software.
Customers outside of the Benelux area typically receive first line support from their local partner.
