ELPICAL is determined to provide excellent support on all our products. We offer several support contracts. These MSP's (Maintenance Service Programs) give you the right to patches (bug fixing) and new versions of the software. Depending on the level of MSP you have also the right to support via telephone, email and VPN connections during office hours. Customers outside of the Benelux area may receive support from their local partner.
